- Have a compatible iOS device

Song recognition and metadata are provided by Apple's ShazamKit and other third-party services. We do not claim ownership of music or related metadata.
User-Generated Content
When you share content from the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.
Advertising
Popup Music is free and supported by advertisements. By using the App, you agree that:
- Ads may be displayed during your use of the App
- Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers
- We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of advertisements
- Clicking on ads will redirect you to external websites
Disclaimers
- Content Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, educational content is provided "as is" and may contain errors
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Song Recognition: Recognition accuracy depends on audio quality and third-party services
- Device Compatibility: Performance may vary across different devices and iOS versions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Popup Music is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is $0 for the free version)
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:
- If you violate these Terms
- If required by law or court order
- At our sole discretion for any reason
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
